Mid-bass speakers - replacement?

I don't know how about you but my 4.8is has dreadful stereo sound (which i appreciate that it is out of date and being 10+ year old car)... V8 sound is much more pleasing to my ears and the reason why i bought it again having owned one back in the past 
.
Long story short, i was planning to replace set of OEM speakers (mid-bass) with the following and was wondering has anyone got any thoughts or ideas would that improve the sound quality?
