Auxiliary input and USB retrofit

Saw this in eBay and want to ask if this will can be retrofitted to our e53 ?

This is for later cars than the E53 (doesn't fit the E46 either!) as you need the iDrive system. You need a USB host/hub. These were only fitted to cars with the MOST bus systems as far as I remember.
Run the part number against Realoem and it will confirm what you can fit it to.
Too many ads on Fleabay indicate the wrong models as being suitable.
