What weight in kg would you be comfortable putting in the back/boot of the X. I need to move 300kg

Nose weight is 120KG  imposed on an X5 towbar, so 300 KG  spread over the boot shouldn't break anything.
Like having 3 rugby players in the back.

Id agree. Passenger in the front, three in the back, and filull tank of 90litres fules ( 90 kg) could easily be 500kg before you add driver weight and any load.

There is a payload chart in the handbook, but 300kgs should not be an issue.

I put a load of rubble in the back of mine last year and the air pump fuse blew. It didn't like the weight.

Oh I see. You mean like 'a pile'. Similar to 'a really large amount'?

The Op very clearly, concisely, and specifically, asked "What kg .....". How many kg's to the nearest pound, sheckle, or lev, was your 'load'? We can accept imperial US measurements too.  I mean was it a full load, a big load, or even a shit load, of rubble. What type of rubble was it? EU compliant, US type rubble, reguiar rubble, or normal British rubble? You said it was full - full to the gunwales , or just as much as you could lift? Was it light rubble, heavy rubble or just usual rubble?

Full with the back seats down, or full with the seats still up? Full as in to the roof, or just quite full? Full in the front too? Did you have some on your lap?

Or just a general pile that was generally full?
