Swirl flaps

Hi all quick question
I have A 55 plate x5 30d sport do I have swirl flaps , if so should I fit the swirl blanks ????

There are no swirl flaps fitted to ANY diesel E53 regardless of year. Regardless of any article you see about that particular engine, there have never been swirl flaps on that generation X5. Other BMWs with the M57 engine yes, but never the X5.
