What are these?

As per title. Found these two rubber straps or whatever they are under the back seat of my X5. Any ideas what they are?

they look like the straps that fit in the holes in the boot floor, it lifts up to get to the spare. there are locating holes 2 each side for a rubber strap for holding stuff down
