On the way to the airport I stopped and could hear a ticking noise.
On looking I could see the serpentine belt starting to shred but it got us to our daughters where I was leaving the car thank god.
What I am after is the part number so I can order one toe delivered to my daughters so I can fit it for the return journey home.
My problem is the internet here in Egypt is cr@p and trying to search realoem is a no go.
Could somebody get me the number and possibly a pic of how it goes as it goes up down round and round lol.
Car is e53 3.0 diesel 2002 automatic.

Make sure all your pulleys are in good condition and running true too as this can cause belts to shred too.

She did phone some guy but he said he would be busy for the two weeks i was away when she told him what car it was.
It's not that bad to do i don't think.
Didn't get the air con belt but that will be the easiest belt i have ever changed when it comes.
