PDC module location?

Reason behind is 2 of my front sensors appear not to be working. I had an idea about removing the front sensor plug from the module and the using the scanner 1.4 to change the amount of sensors from 8 to 4. I dont know if this has been done before any comments would be appreciated. I dont really use the front sensors but do use the back ones. Seeing as they all dont work when they see a fault. I have the flashing light on the pdc button.

They all work in series so I don't know if you can exclude any of them that way....if one pops the system fails. Would be interesting to see if it does work. The PDC module is in the boot AFAIK, I'm sure Sanj or one of the other guys will have a photo of its exact location for you. Hope you get it sorted!

Thanks I will have a look. I have seen a picture of the control unit. It has 3 plugs in it. I presume there is a power plug, a front sensor plug and a rear plug. I will see how I go. looking at the drawing from x555 it looks like the pdc is in the boot at the rear.

Found the PDC module. Removed the blue plug the passenger side plug. The light on the PDC button was still flashing. Rescanned it showing all the front sensor fail. Selected 4 sensors from 8 put the blue plug back in and then bingo. I no longer have the front sensors working. I have the rear sensors only. If I get a chance, eventually I will fix the front 2 that were faulty. At least now I can reverse a bit closer to things.
Thanks for the help.
