Door mec jammed can't open at all FIX

Just sorted out mt driver door after it jammed.
Went to get out earlier today and the inside handle stuck out after opening the door.
Went to shut it and it didn't shut first time but did the second go.
Never thought anything about it until i went to get back in later on and no way opened the windows from the fob but still no joy from inside.
Well to cut a long one short here is a link that got me back in and all greased up and working again.
Just in case somebody has this problem and does a search.
