Yesterday I downloaded the 26gb Europe West 2018-2 map for my NEW G01 X3...(Feb 2018)
It took longer to unpack itself than the download...unpacked equals 30gb

It came with FSC Code included and all that had to be done was plug in the USB and away it went circa 40 mins later all done.

New BMW cars get it free for 3 years, then you pay......

My new F46 gets a free update 4 times a year via the built in telematics system. No need to download anything

We've only just had super fast broadband turned on here (over a year late!). My Škoda had two 26GB updates per year which took 16 hours to download (~7Mbps) so I’m betting that at ~80Mbps it should be a little quicker!

Anyone know what the current cost for OEM updates is after the free period expires?
