Tyres : Suitable replacements for the Diamaris?

Hi all,
I currently have Michellin Latitude Diamaris on my E53 . Front 255/50 R19 ; Rears 285/45 R19
The fronts are very close to the Legal limit and the rears are only just a little bit better. I contacted my goto tyre shop and he says Michellin no longer make the Diamaris and Iatitude sport 3 would be a replacement. It will have to be all 4's or I will end up with issues
The Diamaris has an excellent rating for wet Grip and Fuel (though I only achieve 30mpg.... vs 35mpg in bmw literatures)
So wondering what tyres people are using for fuel efficiency and all year driving. It is very likely I will be clocking 20k miles in the next 1.5yrs
