Navigation menu not selectable

Hi, newbie with a f15 X5 40e.
Has anyone's sat nav stopped working.
When I try to go into the navigation menu it does nothing! I tried a reboot by pressing the power button for 20 second but same problem after a restart.
Is there an easy fix or do I need to go to a dealer?
