Hi, I was having a look on autotrader today and I'm shocked at the price of facelift e70s, there was quite a few for over £20k ,the used car market is still mental

Bit pricey until you buy then no doubt the ass will fall out of the used market lol :rofl:

Some used car values have jumped by +30% in the last few months. Demand exceeds supply, especially for cars about 3 years old but that jump is dribbling steadily into older and in good condition vehicles. Even my 11 year old X6 is appreciating now.

As soon as the supply issues resolve then the used market will do the same as the housing market did in the late 1980s and fall off a cliff :cry:

Personally, I can't see the "bubble" bursting anytime soon - Think about it, all those traders/dealers that have paid top ££ for the stock sitting on their forecourts, are they suddenly going to think - "I know, lets chop a couple of £k off every car" I think not, they can't afford to do that..
