Another project has loomed necessitateing more wheels

I'm now looking for 4 x 10" fronts in style 227. I know these seem vulnerable to cracks and buckles so only want original condition originals, i.e, no welds or known cracks/buckles or replicas.

Optionally I'd buy 2 x 10" fronts in style 259.

Obviously I'll trawl eBay but it's worth asking here too.

Well It seems my desires were easily fulfilled. Found an eBay pro seller with four newly refurbished front 227s, a style I've always liked. A deal is done, I just need to be back in the UK to conclude it. Obviously spacers required to widen the rear a little, spigots for the rear wheels I already have

These will become the full winter set, leaving me a spare set of type 300s for all season Vredesteins, in due course.

They look stunning, look forward to seeing them on the car
