I'll skip the boring preceeding threads on the winter wheels subject..

Managed to confuse myself somewhat and in need of opinions. By fitting a 10" wheel on the rear I will add 15mm spacers to compensate, I'll then need longer bolts. Standard threads are 37mm I think? What length extended bolts should I be shopping for, 37 +15 or other, and would anyone reuse the 37mm locking bolt, wing it, or buy a set of four extended and waste two, or just buy 10 x extended bolts and forfeit the locking bolts?

Yours math is correct 37+ 15, I would buy the locking nuts, but thats up to you.....

Thanks.

I've seen some 50mm bolts, I'm guessing 2mm short isn't crucial.

FWIW 'official' recommendations are 45mm bolts when using 15mm spacers :)
