Another MOT over with

Hi
Well I had the MOT carried out today and it passed
Bit of bad news was it had two advisory notices
one was the drop links on the front which was duly replaced and the other was a hole in CV Boot. I was happy as when listening to the sound at the front last week they thought it was a shock absorber but was just the drop links. The CV Boots a bit of a bummer as it was only replaced 11 months ago. They say it is not a split just a small hole which they have filled so we will see how it goes.
Anyway I'm happy so wanted to share

I remember in days of old that vehicles of this age oft needed much welding to stay in one piece

May is a stressful month, well for me anyway...

Road Tax
MOT - this is the one that gets me. You sit there waiting and chewing for fingers nails whilst day dreaming praying it's gonna pass and when it does it's like winning the lottery.

Mine goes in Monday to my Indy for a service and MOT. Hope it's all plain sailing so to speak. The only thing i'm expecting is a new ball joint/control arm to the front offside.
Anyway he will sort anything out before he takes it for the MOT.

Not yet Penny, haven't had the time. Been working long hours and can't be bothered when I get home from work.
Can't do it this weekend as I'm off to Corfu for a long weekend,
