Bluetooth passkey????

Hi,
I don't have the Bluetooth passkey or code needed to complete pairing of my mobile to the X5! anyone know where I can find it, is it part of the vehicle identification or chassis number?

Should be in your owners pack.... Not sure if it will be on the actual module it's self or not... Pretty sure you can retrieve it with navcoder or bmwscanner 1.4... It's one of them anyway.... Where you from?

No sign of it in the owners pack, I'm in Northants just outside Kettering

It is also on the module in the left compartment in the boot.

Hi Pewters is that the small silver module under the nav system if yes not able to read it!

It is mate.....lift the boot floor completely out and then take out the black plastic support (only held in by 2 plastic 10mm nuts and it lifts right out) you will then be able to get at the module. I can't remember but you may have to unbolt it to see the passkey.

Under here mate....
and IIRC you have to unbolt the module like Pewters said to see the code like this...
Why couldn't they put the code on the front to save unbolting it
........because that would be way to easy now wouldn't it
