I have shakes through the steering wheel at any speed doesn't feel like they are warped and only changed the discs last year. Had bottom arm replaced due to warn bushes. Could it be wear elsewhere in bushes?

Have you lost a wheel balance weight? Does the vibration frequency change with speed in a regular cycle - which could indicate a balance change.

was a wheel weight lol...

At least that was an easy fix!! Probably no need to call the mortgage company as BMW didn't need to get involved..
