I've decided to sell my 26ft Boat (My spine problems make it impossible to get in the engine bay to service the twin volvo engines) and have now bought a 2 berth Coachman Pastiche, have had a power mover fitted so no heavy moving to do.
Towed it back from Welshpool went like a dream with the 4.4 doing te work.
At the moment it is sat in the drive waiting for me to see the surgeons on the 15th May and find out how much spinal reconstruction and neuro work they are going to do.
Totally pissed off with all this inactivity.

Nice OP photo,.. can't wait to see the same pic in MY wingmirror,... just waiting for the better weather !
Will be comparing the fuel consumption / pulling power of the new X5 to my old Shogun DI-D (manual) pulling my Fleetwood twin axle.

A : Tarmac.

Maybe our travelling members could give good prices for those possibly interested in driveway resurfacing ;)

Joking aside - Good to see sensible fitment of decent mirrors for towing.

I have just got back from 5 weeks touring New Zealand... if I were to go back and so it again I would do it in a caravan / motorhome. The best and most picturesque places to stay are Caravan / Motorhome sites!
