Rear swing arm

The bush is gone in my rear swing arm Item 15 http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mod ... g=33&fg=30
From what I have read the complete arm needs to be replaced. However Lemforder do list the bushes for the arm. they are lemforder part numbers 3493301 and 3493401. Has any one else only swapped out the bushes? If so where did you get them and do you have part numbers?
