Guys, I am really struggling to find an aftermarket sat nav system with DAB radio which will also retain the OBC facility. If I have to lose the OBC part well so be it. Currently have the single CD business radio non DSP.

The DAB radio is the important bit. I have looked at retaining the existing CD radio and buying the DAB module which I have seen available for around £190.

The sat nav unit would be a bonus.

BMW actually do a DAB kit that can added on to existing vehicles.  I've never seen it in real life, but our Dealer advertises it.  Where & How it connects I don't know.

Link and fits all post-1998 models.  Not cheap at £300 mind!!

I'd be interested if anyone has fitted this, I'd like DAB but have AUC warranty until April 2014 so don't want to fit aftermarket, also BMW advertise approved Alpine stereo upgrades but not sure whether they cover E53 as only E70 onwards is on their website for accessories
