Powerflex Bushes?

So my bushes are starting to go on my car. Starting to get a knocking at the front and rear and it's 77000 so probably about right.
Mate done my MOT the other day and said there's some play on the front lower wishbones. I've noticed they are on ebay with the arm and bushes for around £30 so not too bad. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-X5-FRONT-LOWER-SUSPENSION-TRACK-CONTROL-ARM-NEW-/150703976557?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model%3AX5&hash=item2316a8306d

I am looking at buying this Powerflex kit does anyone know if this contains the bushes for the lower arm or just the top wishbone. Just wondering if I still need to buy the complete lower arm or not?  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/POWERFLEX-FULL-SUSPENSION-BUSH-KIT-BMW-X5-E53-1999-06-/310198694656?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4839487300

Also what are your thoughts on powerflex? I've heard a few good reviews about them just wanted to get your opinion. Has anyone got them on theres? Are they worth all that extra money?

Cheers
James

I had powerflex bushes put on my M5 and wish I had stayed with the original.  I can see why certain people like them especially if you drive the car hard.  the steering seems to be more direct but on the same note my car tramlines worse than she used to as well.  if you like the ride of your car and dont feel the need for her to be more driver oriented I would say dont bother.  But each to his own.

Thanks for the feedback Peter.

I do wish the the car was a little tighter if I'm honest. I do find the ride fairly hard as it is but whether this is due to the bushes needed doing I'm not sure. With the 20" wheels and fat tyres I do get bad tram lines anyway so used to that.

Gives me something to think about.
