4.4 Gearbox cooler/heat exchanger water leak

Hi, I have a water leak where this part connects to the radiator. Looking on realoem it looks like they have some seals on (and the pics of I have on the net of the cooler). Has anyone changed one and have any tips or pics.

Also does it not connect to the rad directly as when I tried to look at rads I cannot work out how it connects.

If anyone does have any tips or pics of this, it would be great.
