Is there a significant difference between 35w and 55w HIDS for the dipped beam?

I've had the 35w before and want to try the 55w hence the question. I had the 6000k. I assume if a stick with 6000k but as 55w they will be brighter and keep the slight blue tinge?

I would go with 4300 or 5000 max on the 55 to benefit with the most light output. You'l still have a hint of blue in it.
