Hi guys. I have a 2002 3.0 which I have only had a month but I love it. One question though....

The standard head unit has been removed and an aftermarket unit has been put in. My question was, the computer on the dash such as MPG etc how can i reset the clocks?? Its probably very simple but I cant work it out. :(

Thanks

I don't think you can unless a MID unit is in the glovebox.

It will depend upon which aftermarket system has been out in the car.

There is a simple method to reset the MPG / Distance etc
Disconnect the battery for a few mins..

Obvious down side is the clock also gets reset and you will not be able to set it...

Only option is to fit a MID in there, or borrow one to do it..

You may be able to work something with an IBus interface and i seem to remember the data stream needed posted somewhere on the net,

OK thanks guys. Think I'll go down the route of disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I don't particularly need it, was just curious as to see what the mpg figure was in comparison to Focus ST.

Thanks
