Hi, our climate control has been making a strange pulsing noise when its on but all seems to still be working ok. I have just found a video of another X5 on YouTube with the same fault and wondered if anyone else has come across it?

There is a water recirculating pump just beside the alternator (looking at engine on RHS). Most likely the bearing is on its way out on the pump. SImple fix.
