rumble at 65mph on acceleration

Hi, new to the forum, but just purchased a BMW 3.0D X5 2002 , lovely car, dream to drive, have a few issues, one is theres a rumble that appears at about 65-70 in top gear when accelerating hard, if you back off accelerater it goes away, if you change down it goes away, any ideas what this could be ? no warnig lights or lack of power...
ive got a EGR bypass mod off ebay as i was told this will make the car run better, i will fit this at the wkend, hopefully no engine management warning lights !
am thinking of a remap. as told this will not only give you up to 210bhp but improve mpg if you drive it sensibly... and lastly a clonk coming from front rh wheel,. ive managed to work out just that one wheel by using speed humps in local car park,. one wheel on , one wheel off lol.. hopefully just a anti roll bar or drop link, are drop link common fails on these ?
thanks in advance, there will be more questions ive no doubt, but wanted to start off with theseĀ
