could it be a suspension level sensor ?

i have a bmw x5 30i 2003, the rear passenger side is slightly lower that the drivers side, i know about the airbag issue but i cant hear an air leak from the airbag, when i jack the car up then lower it back down the passenger side rises slightley then stops short of level with the driver side, any ...
