If i remove this block music start play for 1-2min only on ignition on but if i plug him back music stop and need to start engine on to music play... ? So any ideas maybe my tv block broken and cant controll screen with button what you think guys ?

Check all the wiring for bad connections at the module. Look for corroded pins or any signs of water in that area.
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
