Is the steering wheel in the face lift x5 smaller than the wheel in the pre-facelift x5?

Hmmm think they are pretty much on par really. If there is a difference then it's marginal.
I previously fitted the E46 SMG wheel with airbag etc to my facelift model and that was a touch smaller but again mot by much.
