Will these x6 20 inch wheels fit my x5 E53 model ?

Hi am looking for some 20 inch genuine set of alloy wheels I've come across these on ebay but the seller isn't too sure if the rear wheels fit my x5 ??? As offset are abit different to x5 he said.....  I was woundering if anyone could help me in the advice wheather these x6 wheels fit or not if anyone could let me know please. Below is the item number from eBay and offset.

Yes they fit the E53 but not the E70. I have the exact same set for sale but MUCH cheaper

It's not the MOT you need to worry about, but the Vehicle Construction and Use regulations.  Messing with them is more serious as it affects insurance (you'll also need to tell them about your new wheels as it is a modification), type approvals and use on the road.

The rule of thumb is that no part of the tread may extend beyond the line of the wheel arch at the 12 o'clock position measured with a vertical rod running from 12 to 6 o'clock placed against the tyre at those two points and extending upwards.

Thank you people for all your advice I've ordered this kit from eBay item number 252431584966 this should be ok for the wheels I may get? I mean I needed the kit Anyways since it's pretty much standard here is a pic of my standard x5 e53
