door removal

the bottom of my front and rear passenger doors have started rusting. does any one know if there a PITA to remove, is there a web site or a video showing how to do it, all I'm getting is how to remove the internal door cards, n stuff
what I'm thinking on is getting 2 nearside doors and just swapping everything over , plus a upper tailgate too,

Personally, I'd buy the complete doors in the right colour, use the best bits, & sell the leftovers on Ebay

well hopefully I can get a full door , but I will have to change the locks and the glass. as mines tinted, but we got the same idea
