Black strips around side windows.

Do these come off fairly easy folks without distorting.i know i will probably end up buying new clips but not worried about that.gonna be doing some paint work soon and dont like masking things when they can be removed for a proper job.

I think it is called showdwline trim. Do a search as I think it has been discussed before

Also they are extremely expensive, I have removed one, you have to remove the rubber door trim to access the three screws that secure them and then you can unclip (carefully) the trim. A nerve racking experience as they look easily bent.
