Hi guys, due to some thieving t**t helping themselves to my head unit over the weekend.. I'm now in the market for a new head unit!! Problem is.. I'm unsure which ones will be compatible with my headrest screens?? I have a 2004 E53 with the entertainment pack. Any help and guidance will be gratefully received

If it is a genuine BMW system, then you need a Mark 4 widescreen head. The clever stuff is in the boot.
It’s called the BMW DVD Advanced System. No longer available new, but Mark 4 heads are around second hand.
Use Realoem (BMW Parts Database copy on line) and the last 7 characters of your VIN to pull up the right model.
Details will be in the Retrofittings section and Audio/Navigation section.
Oh, and
aboard. Not the greatest way to join
