Looks like either will work as they both support NTSC and are 'waterproof'

Both are good but look a bit ugly - sorry.

I'd go for a flush unit, this was mentioned on the forum before:

Bit more flush but one problem - it's a plastic casing. OK for being rust proof but long term weather-proofing could be an issue. I have exactly the same looking camera but with a metal case, only drawback being it's from HK and cost 3 times as much...
