may be a daft question but are the wheels special? 22" AC schnitzer, also there is a badge on the back of the car that says schnitzer, what does that mean. I feel like ive got a LOT to learn.

No question is a daft question.

They are AC Schnitzer Type II. Are 22x10.5 and brand new from Rossiters (Official importer for ACS) they are £4K for the set without tyres. Can be had for a lot less on forums, etc.

AC Schnitzer are a tuning compnay in Germany and until only a few years ago were sort of the tuner brand for BMW (and their products were available from BMW Dealerships). In fact in Aachen, Germany the ACS HQ is actually part of a very large BMW dealership.

I actually have a set up for sale in the for sale section as have replaced mine now.

They are still quite rare and timeless imho.
