After 6 returns to the garage where we bought it , its finally fixed. Whole new set of bushes and suspension arm replaced. Every week since we got it theres been something, so hope thats it and we can enjoy driving it

Glad you finally gave it back and roadworthy. As you say, now you need sme time to get to enjoy owning it. I had mine over six years and it was a good car. It had niggles - but then I've yet to own a car that didn't have the odd one or two, and one major 'oops' with the gearbox, but overall was a great car to own.
When replacement time came around, the E70 was just a tad too big, and I had always wanted an X6, so I bought one when the 40d came out. That's had niggles too, but were minor paint issues and all now fixed.
