Autocom CDP Cars update

Post by vvpea » Tue Feb 14, 2012 6:42 am

This's my first post though. I hope not post in a wrong place.

What confused me is, I have a Autocom cdp for cars china clone, and want to update.
I thought I just need to connect autocom to computer and press update, but it shows no power supply is connected.
I can see on the autocom device that the LINK is on but not power, it gives me 3 options or faqs
1: no power is connected
2: wrong com port
3: the USB is wrong connected

What am I suppose to do now?
Please help. Thanks in advance!

Get a book from the library - Mandarin for dummies, then get on to customer services.
