steering wheel paint?

so ive got a le mans with i think the titanium iterior trim (dark silver) so ive seen a few on here with the steering wheel painted to match but wondered where the paints from and what the colour is, i think also some have re painted the gear stick? thanks

I believe it was possibly me with the steering wheel trim being painted (on the old forum)?

I took a piece of door trim to a motor factors. They mixed a match for for me and popped it into a rattle can, but i'm not sure if anyone can do that now? 'elf and safety etc

From the old style to new was one of my early 'upgrades', years ago now in fact. I hated the original set-up.

Yeh that's exactly what I meant! I will do that theirs a place near me that does paint mixing into rattle cans!

From an earlier thread where X555 painted his gear knob hea apprently used a Rover colour mate, Stone Grey (met) made by Hycote.
