Have retro fitted heated seats to a number of cars previously and it's always just been the seats and the switches and that's it. You 2 need to just crack on as it's still bloody freezing out there.

Is there anyway to tell if the seats are heated - any obvious sign, without plugging it in!

There is 2 extra cables that run up back into the seats if anyone else is looking.

Fitting front heated seats

Post by jeegnesh » Tue May 01, 2012 1:53 pm

Another job done, damn those seats are heavy, took bit longer as we had to switch the pretension era from the old seat and the rear tv screens, but otherwise straight forward took about 3 hours without rushing, now to test them on the drive home :-)

Anyone need a full set of black leathers with doorcards trims and switches :-)

very nice can't complain. Rears hard to come by plus the fact I have two kids seat in the back makes its rather pointless, unless I get heated kid seats ;-)
