Well, as someone who is "folic ally challenged", I am not surprised you are not familiar with the hair dryer principles and that they use hot air and can therefore burn things :poke:

Perhaps Mrs AW8 found the razor blades, so you could be at risk of a "Bobbit"

... or she found an alternative use

Sanj - I will PM Jig - thanks ;)

Pup fine - For those interested he is a Black Lab nearly 5 months old, (field/working line - both parents sound pets with his dad doing some field work & competing well in agility). Spent lots of time researching the breed, breeders, breed lines, health issues & parental certificated health tests.......Needless to say we are all very fond of him. :)

Puppies and kids... they'll eat anything! Glad all is ok, wouldn't like your chances in the court case against BMW....

After a swap out test - This now confirmed as master switch being U/S.

If anyone has or knows of a decent used one for sale in u.k. & with power mirror button then please let me know. I will make a few calls to usual suppliers/specialist breakers as & when able.
