car mats

That really depends on your needs. For example, in the recent weather we've had my drive gets muddy so I could really do with a set of rubber mats so u can wash them down easy. I currently have the genuine original mats which will need replacing soonish as I vax them more often than most. I would probably get oem again from the dealer if I couldn't find genuine ones on eBay. I will also be getting a set of rubber ones for winter if I keep the car or maybe a cheap set I'm not bothered about from eBay or the cheap pound stretcher type shops then bin them when there shot

I've got a set of Black front & rear floor mats from this UK company in the X6 as replacements for the cream OEM ones. The originals will be sold with the car when that day comes. The quality is pretty good.

Mine has BMW mats in but the drivers one is a bit worn, I was think of getting BMW ones again untill I priced them up :dizzy:

These could be just the job, but my carpets and mats are grey so not sure what the black will look like.

Do the fix to the floor to stop them moving about? Which ones did you go for?

They come in grey or black. Might try a set.

Certainly the ones I bought (middle priced set if I remember - it was 18 months ago now) have Velcro underneath as that's what the X6 uses to hold the mats. One did need refitting after a little while when the velcr pad peeled away, but a bit of contact adhesive fixed it back. Can't tell you what the X5 fixings they fit are though. There are a couple of other suppliers.

If you Google 'Car mats UK' you should get a few to choose from with prices from £20 to £100 a set depending upon how thick you want the pile etc.... :)

Like these which do come with the connectors, or at least some form of connectors/fixers..

Quite like the look of the Premium Rubber mats there. Nice choice of contrasting edge colour available.
A good winter option perhaps.

I'll support a group buy. Cream mats for an E53 facelift.
