Sounds good, probably best if I wait till I get the car (tomorrow if the stealers get their finger out!) The OE mats are tan, so will be a PITA to keep clean. Black may be the way forward. I've noted the closing date, so will come back if the OE ones are too much like hard work.
thanks
Andy

i wish there is a better picture of the quality of the mats.
it is only limited on what you see on the website. i would not mind getting the ultra deluxe set but i am not sure if the quality is as good as what i have in my X right now.

CAR MATS GROUP BUY NOW LIVE

Don't want to put a downer on this but people will find paying £30 odd for some mats for a BMW hard to beleive.

My 2p worth of my counter on bargin mats below.

I bought some mats from another forum back when I had the 535, stick with the dealers. They cost around £100 but will prop last longer than the car.

If you cut some cardboard the same shape of your old mats, cut your hair and glue it on, you will find its about the same deluxe quality. Get it damp the ends turn up, hover your car and under the mats is more mess from falling to bits, with plastic type none slip.
From that day on I said to my self never again should I buy bargin parts.

Infact I just bought some repticarpet for my sons breaded dragons and this is about the same texture.

The ones I bought was super duper deluxe mats and cost £60 including 2X BMW logos for the fronts, did they fit right no, was the fixing plugs right no. It had one in the centre, and it should have been back left and right.

When I posted on the group buy people said what's the problem with them, there cheap what you expect. I said I expected super duper deluxe quality, and as good as the original as stated on the forum, clealy had low standards.

Have to say I agree with the above. I've tried cheaper alternatives for different mods and in the end spend more as I still have to buy the proper ones later.

For me the old moto 'you get what you pay for' always seems to ring true.

This is just personal opinion of course and the work to organise a groupbuy is very unrewarding so please don't take it personally. Hopefully some will take the offer up.
