So with all the Toyo users on here can anyone suggest the best / cheapest online supplier?

New E53 owner here & looks like I'll be in need of a couple fairly soon.

cannondale a few posts up mentions having a decent used pair. Otherwise camskills are very good on price.

I have the Toyo Proxes V patterned tyres all round - 275/40/20 front and 315/35/20 rear from memory? Sound enough for me although I know no different on the X5 to compare with. Fairly new additions when I bought car, still plenty of life all round after 10k miles.

I have had a few sets of tyres on mine. When I bought the car it had a full set of Diamaris. After a year of driving I changed the rears for brand new Diamaris (longevity was great, performance in all weathers great) however, for some reason this set didn't last a year - possibly a change in compound? I then changed all four for a set of Proxes. They are great, I have now done 8000 miles on them and they still look as good as new.

Proxes in my opinion are just as good as the Diamaris but leave you a few pennies in the bank for a remap!

Where did you guys find the Toyos? I have been trawling online for a 315/35/R20 and 275/35/R20's and could not find 275's

You should be looking for 275/40/20s for front not 35 profile - This maintains the same sidewall (110mm) as the rear.

Amend your size search and should find easy as this is standard BMW size.

Thanks for that. I seen that there was a lot of 40 profiles but as my X5 had 35 on the front too I assumed wrongly that these were no no's....
