Bluetooth unit

Post by garethdeb » Wed Dec 12, 2012 2:01 pm

Hey folks
I've been offered a Bluetooth unit for my X. I have the 16:9 satnav unit but no phone connection. Question is, can I utilise this Bluetooth module or is there a lot more bits/wiring required?
Cheers all
Gareth

Interesting wiring.

They were updated at a rate of almost 3 a year. And some have one antenna, some two.

Need to check you firstly have the connectors wrapped up in the loom. Then you will have an idea of what will fit.

Thanks Sanj. Any idea where the plugs would be? In the boot somewhere I'm assuming?
Cheers

Left hand cubby hole wrapped around the existing wiring loom.myou need to search for the connectors (they'll stick out the most)!
