Satnav drive repair

Hi folks
Finally decided to get the satnav CD drive sorted as I want it working ready for selling the beast in a few months.
Lots of threads about this but I'm after a recommendation? Anyone had theirs repaired and can recommend the repairer?

I had mine done by some guys in Bradford. Unit out, post to them, they put a new laser in and post back. It was about £180 but you'll need to google BMW Nav repairs to find someone. There are a few about and some on eBay.

As an alternative you could always do it yourself and change the complete mechanism for a similar price.
