can anyone tell me how much oil is required for the above on an oil/filter change?

Should be approx 7.5 litres of either 0w30 or 5w30 fully synthetic.  Dealers usually use 0w30 Castrol Edge Professional FST, but the non-professional Edge FST is easier and cheaper to find.
