Locked out

Post by Imy » Sat Mar 22, 2014 2:33 pm

I opened the boot of my X to but the kids buggy in. I left the key in the boot and closed it so now I am locked out. Can't find the spare key anywhere. Anyone know anything that can be done?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks

happened to me the same way a few years back with a 3 series, opened boot, stuff put in the boot (along with key !$@"£"%), boot closed! Was at a Christmas dinner, drove back 15 miles with a cuz to pick up the spare!

since that day it is standard procedure for mrs to carry her own key when travellin with me lol

and gues what it has never been needed since lol.. until the day its not done i guess!

Turns out I have RAC cover! Did it the dodgy way which is a bit concerning in terms of security. Thanks for the suggestions...
