Hi Henry
There was a guy on here D P Baily he modded his mirrors to open and close with the door locking I am sure he posted a wiring diagram there may be some help/clues there?

I think your only option is probably to buy those switches Allen posted and use or modify the the arms to fit your micro switches. I’m not aware of anyone who has had any success getting the original switches
