Grey line across screen

I have got a grey line about an inch long appeared on the head unit screen. It is there whatever is on the display, TV, computer or sat nav. Has anyone seen this before, do you know if it can be fixed or are my options to replace it or live with it?  05 E53 3.0d.

i had similar once and i ejected the nav disc, cleaned and replaced and it was ok, failing that maybe your screens knackered

Thanks. I'll try the disc clean tomorrow when the rain has hopefully abated!! Fingers crossed....
