I don't have enough posts, but AW8 has authorised my advert - so many thanks to him.
Due to change of circumstances I am regretfully selling my X5 due to the need for an extra seat.

Condition
The exterior is in nice condition and polishes up well, there is a slight scuff on the drivers side of the rear bumper but it is barely noticeable and does not detract from what is a nice looking car. I replaced one section of the shadowline trim which was a little marked with a new one from BMW. The interior is in very nice condition over all, the drivers bolster is slightly misshapen (as you can see in the picture) but there is no wear at all on any of the leather and I have have kept it clean and conditioned with gliptone during my ownership. The carpets themselves are a little dirty but I will try to get them vaxed this week, but the expensive overmats I fitted are in excellent condition, including the boot one. Unfortunately the mirrors do not fold as they did originally.
It drives extremely well and feels tight. It goes through the gears correctly and has the later and apparently more reliable 6 speed ZF gearbox with the sport and manual modes.
It really is a lovely place to sit, lording it over the peasants and able to really shift when you need it to, 7 seconds to 60 and 150 mph are not too shabby for such a large vehicle. It is obviously not the most economical car, but it drives so well and that addictive V8 make it seem somehow worth it It is in the lower tax bracket too so running costs are not too horrendous.
I am asking £6500 which I think is a fair price for a facelift X5 Sport with this relatively low mileage.
I am located in Ashford in Kent just off of Junction 9 of the M20

Good Afternoon,
I am over in Bidedenden and the father in law is looking to replace his 3.0i X5 manual.
What level of MPG would the 4.4 v8 be delivering. He would only use it at weekends so.
Stuart

Good afternoon Stuart,
25 mpg is the best I have averaged on a long journey, however that will always be with 5 people on board and I usually (with cruise set around 80) get about 23. Around town it does around 16 if you drive briskly and 19 if you drive like a vicar with a precious load on board
I will message you my mobile number if you want to give me a call to come and look.
Thanks,
Mark
